Portrait of Erasmus Bielefeld

"The essence of trauma is disconnection from the self. Therefore, the essence of healing is not just uncovering the past, but reconnecting with the self – in the present."

How I Work

When people come to me, their situation often feels stuck, hopeless, or internally blocked. But there is always a space – an inner place – where new perspectives are possible. A space that provides access to clarity, strength, inner stillness, and often even joy.

Entering this space together is the core of my work. I use both modern psychological methods and ancient experiential knowledge from various traditions.

In particular, new insights about the functions of the nervous system, the inclusion of somatic experience in the body, and current knowledge about trauma are considered in my work.

The inner attitude is crucial for me:

Appreciation, presence, and clarity form the foundation of every encounter.

Methods I Work With

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems / integrative work with inner parts)

  • Voice Dialogue

  • Somatic and body-oriented approach

  • Systemic coaching

  • Trauma-sensitive guidance

  • Meditation & mindfulness & presence

"Safety is not the absence of threat. It is the presence of connection."
